The Effects of Radiation exposure can be reduced!

Dr. Hill came up with the following suggestions to help mitigate the Effects of Radiation Exposure :

Nutrition is essential to protect & fortifying tissues: continue with LifeLong Vitality
Use oils that are protective of individual tissue structures and body systems as a whole

  1. Frankincense: use under the tongue 2-3 drops, morning and night and rub over thyroid
  2. Patchouli: use topically and apply over the thyroid
  3. Zendocrine: rub topically over the liver

Tip / Info: Peppermint reduces radiation damage


Glutathione Declines Reversed A 2003 study published in the Journal of Radiation Research (Ref.3) found that ingesting peppermint oil reversed declines in glutathione caused by treatment with gamma radiation. Glutathione is the most important antioxidant and detoxification enzyme in the liver. In this study, peppermint essential oil reduced levels of oxidized (or rancid) fats in the tissues caused by radiation damage. (While you will not encounter this kind of radiation in normal life, the study showed that peppermint had antioxidant-protecting properties.)A 2004 follow-up study in Phytotherapy Research (Ref. 4) confirmed these findings.

I was introduced to Verage, doTerra's new skin care line at Convention in September 2014. It is the cleanest and loveliest skin care product I have ever tried! From using Verage once, my skin felt soft and supple for 2 days. I have always used skin care, and was concerned about parabens and chemicals that many companies put in their products. I have now switched to the Verage system, and would not hesitate to recommend it to my best friend and her grandma!
