I have recently started my mornings by doing journalling, including a Gratitude list. This helps me get grounded and centered for the day. I then drink water with Lemon essential oil to wake up my system and do a gentle cleanse. Next I will put on a 10 or 20 minute video of Qigong, which is very nourishing for the body, mind and spirit. I feel absolutely wonderful following this routine!
