We have choices everyday. Our thoughts are something we choose... to either allow to proceed unmonitored, like a runaway train. Or we can notice our thoughts, and if our thoughts don't make us feel good, we can choose another path. Saying positive affirmations, such as "I am blessed" "I am happy" "I am so grateful for ..." can change the direction of our thoughts to help us create a better life of empowered choices.
