Have you purchased Essential oils and now you wonder what to do with them?
They smell wonderful.... are they helpful for anything else?
Below are a few that I use on a regular basis to help support my body for optimal wellness!

Frankincense: add to your moisturizer or lotion to help reduce the appearance of blemishes and rejuvenate the skin.  Diffuse for feelings of peace and improved focus during meditation or yoga.

Lavender: Diffuse to promote feelings of relaxation and better sleep.  Regenerative properties may reduce appearance of skin imperfections.
