doTERRA's Lemon Essential oil is their number one selling oil due to it's versatility. It can be used Internally to help cleanse the body and will support the respiratory system. When diffused it will cleanse and purify the air, and is chemical free. I like to use it on a damp cloth for cleaning and really adds shine to my wood tables. When you are finished your dishes, add a couple of drops to your sink to purify and polish the stainless steel.
Quickly relieve that sore throat!
SORE THROAT RELIEF:
For a sore throat, gargle with 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar in a cup of warm water. Gargle and spit and repeat. When you have just a bit of the liquid left, swallow. It will burn a bit, but will help with the bacteria further down your throat.
If it is a really bad sore throat, a great homeopath to use is Belladonna. Take 3 - 4 pellets under your tongue, 4 x daily. Make sure you don't have food within 20 min of taking any homeopaths.

The influence of Wayne Dyer
I am thinking of Wayne Dyer, and what an inspiration he has been in my life. His teachings are very heartfelt, and I am grateful to have been introduced to his work.
Earlier this year my 12 year old daughter helped my aunt, who was leaving this earth, find Wayne Dyer on Youtube. Auntie Anne always loved listening to Wayne Dyer's teachings. We had a lovely visit with the 3 of us. Three generations of women who shared many happy times with a lot of love and laughter over the years. It was my daughter's last visit with Aunt Anne and on the drive home we talked, sharing how we were going to miss Auntie Anne. Then my daughter said, "I'm glad I listened to Wayne Dyer, I feel better about myself". As a mom, I was happy to hear that wisdom come out of my tween's mouth.

Compared to my 20's, my food choices have improved greatly. I have learned that cutting out refined sugar has me feeling better and helped an itchy skin condition clear up after scratching that darn spot on my leg for 2 years! Gluten free works better for me with the benefit of having much less gas, for which my husband is forever grateful! Choosing whole foods (you know, real food) like fresh veggies & fruits, nuts, meat, fish is going to offer much better nutrition than packaged food.

Dare to try new things when you experience better mobility, feel healthier, stronger and capable. I know because I used to live with debilitating back pain and walked with a cane off and on for 6 years!
I a career path to get Certified as a Master Empowerment coach to help others find their way to improved health and quality of life. I used to take an Aleve just to go for a 2 hour drive or to work in my clinic doing massage. Sometimes I would fall when my legs would give out. I had all the tests and was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis and a bulging disc. That was MY STORY, I owned it and repeating my story kept me STUCK in poor health.
I was on a spiritual retreat when a woman mentioned a book that really helped her with her back pain. It was titled "Healing Back Pain" by Dr. John Sarno. That opened my awareness that there is more to healing the body than just physical. This "aha" moment led me on my spiritual journey, seeking answers so I could be well again. Through the teachings of Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle, Marianne Williamson, Gay Hendricks and many others, I learned that my thoughts create my reality. I changed my thought patterns, and BELIEVED I would get well, and over time I did! Through healthy nutrition and techniques I practice daily, I am healthier and more active now than I was 15 years ago. I am able to drive 4 hours or more without pain, I can work, play and go to fitness. I changed my story, and I believe you can change your story. I have worked with many people who have felt like they were STUCK IN PAIN; that there was no way out. Through use of Emotional Freedom Technique, Moving Past Limiting Beliefs, and many other "tools" I can draw on, I guide people to uncover what is keeping them Stuck, so they can remove the Blocks and Heal their Body and Love their Life! Feel Invigorated with water
Water is healing, and necessary for our survival. Our bodies consist of approximately 76% water, and we need to drink 8 to 10 cups of water daily to stay hydrated. Personally, I have experienced fatigue and realized it was dehydration that was making me feel tired. A healthy habit I have adopted is to drink a full glass of water with #doterra lemon essential oil before breakfast to boost my immune system and start the day feeling hydrated.
Water is so much fun for #playing and enjoying some carefree time. Swimming in a beautiful lake or splashing in the waves of the ocean can lead to better health and positively impact our emtions. We have choices everyday. Our thoughts are something we choose... to either allow to proceed unmonitored, like a runaway train. Or we can notice our thoughts, and if our thoughts don't make us feel good, we can choose another path. Saying positive affirmations, such as "I am blessed" "I am happy" "I am so grateful for ..." can change the direction of our thoughts to help us create a better life of empowered choices.
Happy Thanksgiving fellow Canadians!! Here are 5 Tips to help with digestion of a large meal:
1. Drink a cup of boiled water to settle any tummy aches.
2. Use a digestive enzyme to help break down the food.
3. Eat your salad first, it digests quicker than meat, and will digest easier.
4. If you drink alcohol, make sure you stay hydrated by drinking water as well.

Reintegrating after Vacation
I think it is important to take time to integrate back to "real life" after creating magic while travelling. I make sure my house is clean before I go so it is inviting when I return. I allow myself a couple of "no work" days, so I can listen to my body, rest when needed, and take my time integrating back into routine.
Reviewing my journal notes written while away helps me tap into the energy and space I had while abroad. This helps me breathe in the beautiful conscious awareness that opened up for me, beautiful "aha" moments, that are part of the transformation into my future.
Gratitude is such a lovely gift; being grateful for having the resources and a healthy body to travel, having gratitude for the experiences while away, and being grateful for my safe travels and return to my home.
